At Monfiora we want you to feel confident about every order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work. *T&C apply.
7-Day Return Window
You may return an unopened, unused Monfiora product within 7 days of delivery. Once the protective film is removed and the fragrance begins releasing, the product is considered activated and can no longer be returned. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for courier/return shipping charges. *T&C apply.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked, no return shipping cost to you or reimbursing of the costs. *T&C apply.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@monfiora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- For damaged or wrong items, please include 1–2 clear photos.
- Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.
What's Not Returnable
- Opened or used products (protective film removed)
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Returns requested after the 7-day window (except for damaged/defective items reported within 48 hours)
